Unofficial Venice Fixie Bike Assembly Instructions

A HUGE fan of the new Venice Fixie brand, Jimmy Ramirez from Chicago just received his 54cm Silicon Beach. He wrote us noting that there wasn’t a tremendous amount of assembly information out there on the web and decided to document his assembly in case anyone else had similar questions.

By relying on this information for bike assembly instead of having your fixie assembled at a professional bike shop, you are releasing both Venice Fixies LLC and FixieBikes.com of all liability. Venice Fixies LLC strongly recommends that all Venice Fixie purchases be assembled by a local bike shop with professional tools to ensure the most safe and enjoyable fixie ride.

As of late, carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (or “carbon-fiber”) has been making a splash in the high-end automobile industry. The polymer’s unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio (maximum strength for minimum car weight/frame) is ideal for race cars, and as of recently, high-end road cars. This ratio not only allows racers and high-horse CEOs to speed with increased vigor, but offers designers and engineers new room to play in terms of in-cabin space.
